Specific client deliverables, schedules, and payment terms are governed by individual Statements of Work (SOW) executed between the Company and the Client.

02Intellectual Property Rights

• Website Content: All code, branding, logos, graphics, text, and interactive calculators on this Website are the exclusive intellectual property of Cyber-Spaghetti Code & Marketing.
• Client Work Product: All custom source code, design files, and growth strategies built specifically for a Client shall transfer to the Client upon full payment of agreed-upon SOW fees.
